Matt polyester – is a special layer with deep texture and matt look on the basis of steel coils.This material has thicker paint layer (normally 35 microns) and attractive look of the roof. It has lower gloss and textured (wrinkled) structure.
Used in building industry for production of metal tiles, roofing trapezoidal profiles, flat sheets, accessories etc.

The matt color-coated steel sheet is made of galvanized/galvalume steel coil as the base plate, and the surface is continuously coated with a roll coating method. The coil topcoat with special additives produces a fishnet-like texture after baking, which can be customized according to customers. The requirements of the professional custom-made a variety of texture patterns of different sizes, different shades, and different colors.

1. Product characteristics

The coating presents "diffuse reflection characteristics" to the sunlight, and when applied to industrial plants, due to the diffuse reflection characteristics of the surface of the coating, it makes the overall building colour softer and avoids light pollution.
